All members on iPokemon are welcoming people, who don't judge anyone by their post count or use of grammar at all. iPokemon has their own Gym / E4 system, their own Shoddy Battle server and more to top it off. You should join if you love Pokemon~! 166850 - 2009-10-11 00:44:25 iPokemon is a Wi-Fi based pokemon community that has bold projects for the future that they eagerly work towards with each passing day. Some things that make iPokemon stand out in my mind are as follows. Gym system. The community appoints the best person for the job as gym leader. Anyone can apply, but they are tested and their team is rated to find who is best suited. Though all the Gym's aren't all up and running, it's an exciting experience and, when complete, will be an awesome pillar of the community. The Elite Four is on the horizon. Pokemon of the Week. iPokemon has just recently implemented their own pokemon of the week system. The research is well thought out and it gives opportunity for discussion on counters for the pokemon and variated movesets as well. It certainly is an exciting addition to the site. Tier testing. The community has their own version of the tier system, and they are going to continue working on it as well. They will test pokemon to see if they really do belong in the tier they currently are in, or if they should be moved up or down. Really an interesting process and something that sets them apart from Smogon copies. THis is just a few of the things that stand out about the site. The community is welcoming, and very fun. Which is always a good thing. no one likes to be left out, and you won't be at iPokemon. The site has a great staff that makes sure everything is in check and runs smoothly for a good time for everyone. It's also well planned and pleasing to the eye. We host frequent tournaments, and accommodate both shoddy and wifi users. :) We also have some bitching graphics. It has a group of members that "Tier Test" to see if a pokemon need to be moved into a different tier. It also has Gyms that are leaded by a member by having them "try out" for it. I can clearly navigate through their forum and change the skin to what looks the best for me. By looking at some of the recent welcomings to new members, this seems to be a very nice community. A great place to go if you need a Pokemon outlet. There's also a great gym system if you're interested in collecting badges, and some gym leader positions are still open if you think you're up to the challenge.
